Issue with the March 2017 Cloud Row 1 (the one that gives a Crate O' Pretty Things)

This CR will not let me place any 1x2 giver on it. I've gone thru all of the trouble shooting steps, rebooted my laptop and have confirmed that I do have 1 or more different 1x2 givers in my inventory. When I click on the empty 1x2 cloud to place a giver on it, it just opens up an empty inventory.

I am having this issue on more than one farm, different browsers.

I have checked your account and you do not have any 1x2 deco items in your inventory. You have a 2x2 item and a few 1x1 items only.

ps, you're right... the silly limo giver is a 2x2.

And no, I don't need my other account checked... it just now let me put a different 1x2 giver on the cloud without any issues, but for whatever reason it would not let me put Enthusiastic Jury there (the one I wanted to use).
