issue ?

I do not know where to write this, anyway I have a big issue about adding a person that is not active without knowing. A few days ago I added a person that is already red and almost going away and I cannot delete this person because I have to wait at least 5 days ??? It is ridiculous, if you can please at least on your side to delete this person her/his username is : ~edit~. I really appreciate that you guys can help me with this big issue please.

The FAQ states that you must wait to delete a neighbor if you do not wish to keep them. We cannot delete them for you. I'm sorry, but you will have to wait until the time is up. When you request a neighbor, you can ask that they be an active player. If they have accepted your neighbor invitation, perhaps they have returned to the game from an absence and will resume playing regularly again.

I did asked for an active player and without knowing that person is not active and I accepted also even though that person is online still it is red and you can tell that, that person is actually not playing in fact this person I guess likes to chit chat and I did not like about this person asking me where I live when I accept this friendship and I did not respond and she still insisted an I still did not respond anyway the company must do this change about deleting a person because it is not fair for people like me that we are active neighbors!

 

The only other suggestions I can offer is that when a farmer sends you an invitation, you can see their activity thermometer and farm level. Their neighbor icon remains grayed out until you accept. This will give you the information that a player is actively playing or not and will help you decide if you wish to become their neighbor. You do not need to disclose any personal information to other players. I am sorry, but you must wait the required amount of time before you can delete them from your neighborhood.

where can I see the thermometer if it will give me only the message before I accept ? Does it show on the icon also when before accepting a person if it is red ?

 

When a person sends you a neighbor invitation, their farm avatar will be in your neighborhood list on the right hand side of the screen at the bottom of the list. Before accepting their invitation, look to see if they are active. If their thermometer is flashing you can refuse the neighbor invitation and continue your search for active players.

From the FAQ:
* Why are some of my neighbours "faded"?

This indicates that you have a neighbour invitation pending.
As long as both parties haven't 'accepted' the neighbourship, the avatar will remain 'faded'.

• If both parties agree, the "fading" will go, and leave a normal avatar
• if one party 'refuses' the neighbour, that 'pending neighbour' will vanish, leaving an available slot for another neighbour.

When a player sends you an invitation, you will see a popup:



Instead of immediately clicking the green check mark, you can click the X at the top right corner to temporarily close the pop up message. This allows you time to look at the neighbor avatar in your list to see if they are an active player. If they are someone you wish to add as a neighbor, when the popup comes up (usually in a few minutes...approx. 5 minutes but not more than 10 from my experience), you can click on the green check mark. If you do not wish to have them as a neighbor, click the red X. Then they will not be added to your neighborhood and you will not have to wait a week before you can remove them.

Thank-you !!! I never paid attention on that little detail now I have to pay attention to click on the x that way I will see if a neighbor is active or not and thank -you again !!!
