Issues are back

Here we go yet again with slow to load - flowers going in circles - having to refresh umpteen times a day - WHEN are you ever going to fix these issues - It's not like it was a big surprise that flash player was going away - you had plenty of notice. Maybe you should find people who know how to fix this so it is not aggravating to players every single day. Is there a timeline that you can share with us about when you are going to fix all these issues or are we just supposed to ~edit~ deal with it?

We understand the frustrations of the game. Are you playing via a browser or the standalone client? You could try to clear your browser cache and cookies or use a different browser. If you have other windows open, you could close them in order to improve speed. Do you have animations turned off?

We share information regarding the game as we receive it. You will find updates in the Official and Technical Announcements such as the Bug Fixes thread.

 

I'm using Chrome - I've cleared the cache etc - Game doesn't work well with Firefox or Explorer -animations not turned off. I am at my office so can't turn off other windows.

 

Have you tried using the Standalone Client to see if the game runs smoother? If not, when you get home, try turning animations off and lowering the graphic quality to see if that helps.

Just for some feedback, I found Microsoft Edge works a little bit better than Chrome, and quite a bit more better than firefox.
