Issues login, crops, water

    I have been trying to harvest my farm for over an hour now.
    I am able to login view one field and possibly harvest or plant or water before being kicked out.
    I have lost water that I hve purchased and crops that I planted.
    Specifically - started production on goose feed - then decided better to plant while other goose feed producing - went back cancelled feed - planted blackberries on meadow - watered - was kicked out. Logged back in - no crops planted - no crops in barn - no feed running.
    Tried planting radishes on main field - watered - kicked out and logged back in several times during this process and when logging back in found that crops planted and watered were gone.
    Could you please look into this.
    There is nothing wrong with internet connection, cleared everything and double checked settings.
    Have had no problems until today.
    Started at 12:30 pm CST and still not been able to finish planting.
    Trying to get markers for event and this is affecting greatly.

    Just logged back in to harvest and no issues at all.
    Would still like to know about the missing crops and the water purchased

    If you have planted crops that were missing after being kicked out, please be so kind and contact Support with all the details, and they will assist you with this matter. I am glad to hear that everything is back to normal though - I hope it stays this way!
