Issues with the game

    I was on the cloud row and wanted to harvest some rows. I kept clicking on them and the box would pop up, i would click on the green button to harvest but they wont harvest. I tried to go to the main screen but nothing happens. i refreshed and now i cant get back into the game. Earlier today i couldnt log in for hours i missed 2 whole cycles of crops and now it is happening again. I will never finish the mini game at this rate. the game needs to be extended an extra day now.

    Thank you for your response.
    I do have a question though i hope you can help.

    As i understand it we can only access and log into the forum by going through the game. If the game is down how can we access the forum to post questions, look for answers or let someone know there are issues with the game?

    I would also like to send a thank you for the extended time for the event as i will be able to finish now that it has been extended.

    You are correct in that you can actively post in the forum when you login through the game. You can bookmark the forum web address so that if the game is down, you can still read in case there are any announcements.

    I'm glad you were able to reach your event goals with the extension:)
