It won't let me exchange in G&T

    Hi I'm having trouble doing some exchanges in G&T. I have loads of licenses and the items I'm willing to exchange are in my inventory so why won't it let me do the exchange. This last one was going to exchange a pomegranite tree for a cow's milk tree. This also happened before with different items.
    Edit-it has happened again just now. I wanted to exchange a parrot feather tree for a salt tree but the arrows weren't lit up and wouldn't let me do it.

    Hello fifitrixiebell.

    Are you offering/requesting your items correctly? Make sure you are placing them in the right order by following the video trailer in the Gift & Trade FAQ.

    Have you managed to place an order successfully?

    Hi shooger, they were both offers put on by someone else. I've managed to put mine on ok although it says I've successfully exchanged a Raccoon for a Bear but the Bear isn't showing in my inventory yet and offers since then are showing. Why can't I exchange items for trees that cost BB's in the shop?

    The exchange may take a moment to arrive on your farm. You can try refreshing to see if hurries it along ;)
    What trees are you referring to? Ginkgo/Mirabellè Plum etc. are all available for gifting/trading.

    Can I assist you further?

    I know but it's not letting me exchange my goods for them shooger :(. There's been a few offers where I've had the 'normal' tree they wanted but if it's a tree bought with BB's out the shop it won't let me do the exchange -.-

    Edit-the Bear is showing now I've refreshed.:)

    I'd still like to know why I can't exchange for those trees please shooger..

    Edit-update, shooger, it seems to be letting me exchange now :).

    Thank you for your assistance...plate full of choc chip cookies left outside your door ;)
