items and upgrades

hi can ı ask you to help me please? ı have looked to my inventory and ı have seen that too much upgrades that ı havent used. so ı tried to put them on items but ı couldnt find items. there are too much items on six fields and cloud. can you help me please if it isnt diffucult for you
here are upgrades: treehouse upgrate, monkey musician upgrade,avairy upgrade, creepy crawly hotel upgrade, sandcastle architect upgrade, darn this tread upgrade, seaside ruler upgrade, chop chop uprade, kite flier upgrade, tomato walk upgrade, auto wreath uprade, cozy cat upgrade, flower booth uprade, plant more trees upgrade, building bridges upgrade, do you like them apples upgrade, juice up you life upgrade, rake pile leap upgade, plant more trees upgrade, scaregoat upgrade, tough fabric upgrade, swashbuckler upgrade, bamboo hut upgade, slice o coco upgrade, critter habitat upgrade

That's quite a list! Let's take it one at a time.

Treehouse upgrades - I cannot locate the base item. It would have had to be purchased from the store during May 2019 up to 13th of June for 1 Million CC. I cannot view transaction logs that old. You will need to contact Support for this one.

Monkey Musician is on Castaway Coast.

Aviary is in the Park.

Creepy Crawly Hotel is on the Lighthouse.

Sandcastle Architect is on the Lighthouse.

Darn this Thread is on Castaway Coast.

Seaside Ruler is in your Inventory.

Chop-Chop Upgrades - I am not able to locate the base item. It was awarded in December 2019 A Winter's Tale Quest 1 and I cannot determine if you completed that quest or not. Please contact Support regarding this one.

Beginner Kite Flyer is on Crystal Falls.

Tomato Walk is on the Lighthouse.

You have 2 Auto Wreath 2000 (base) in your Inventory.

Cozy Cat is on Crystal Falls.

Flower Booth is in your Inventory.

Plant More Trees is on Crystal Falls.

Building Bridges is on Crystal Falls.

Do You Like Them Apples is on Crystal Falls.

Juice Up Your Life is on the Lighthouse.

Rake, Pile, Leap! is on Crystal Falls.

Scaregoat would have been from Round as a Bear Daily Quests in March 2020 and the base giver awarded in Quest 4. I cannot determine if you completed that quest or not so you will need to contact Support.

Tough Fabric is on Crystal Falls.

Rookie Swashbuckler is on the Lighthouse.

Bamboo Hut is in the Pet Playground.

Slice of Cocoa is on Crystal Falls.

Critter Habitat is on Castaway Coast.

If I may, respectfully, make a suggestion. Some of these givers are well over a year old, and at least one is approaching 2 years ago. In order to not have an overload of upgrades that you cannot locate the bases for, it would be ideal if you would add the upgrades to the bases when you acquire them in the event.

thanks yes at first ı would add the upgrades to the bases when ı acquire them in the event. but later ı forgot and at last ı saw that there are so many items that ı didnt add
ı havent found bamboo hut( ı dont know where pet playground is) ,
treehouse upgrade, bigger bang, cannon curtain, scaregoat upgradee are left behind, but ı think ı havent taken them at the events
