Jail goose prize not showing and luggage stall issue

I am having trouble with the goose challenge.
I completed the levels torecieve the jail goose for cloud rows
and did not receive my goose.
as well I paid the required items tobuild the goose luggage stall and did not receive the stall
neither are in any of my inventories.
can someone please help thank you.

The Jail Goose is placed on a different cloud row ( obtained from a seedlings quest ) .

As for the Luggage Stall, it was successfully built at 09.07.2015, 23:04:07 and it is still in your inventory. The search feature might help you filter the inventory and find it easier.

I found my luggage stall but stillcan not find jail goose from completed challenge it was just completely so why would it be somewhere else ive tried to match it to anything from theshadow on the cloud and cant findanywhere help soi can complete my cloud nanamckamie 9194130
