    i don't know where to go get the Crate o' Treats I received. also, none of my shells opened even when I finished an entire week. I only missed 3 days for the whole month.

    Hello gsr128.

    To check your farm we need your ID# that is found at the bottom of your farm frame.

    Your Crates can be found under the 'All' tab in your Decorations inventory.

    You cannot collect Bonus V as days 1 - 24 are not all unlocked.
    You cannot collect Bonus VII as not all 30 days are unlocked.

    I still did not receive the Crates o' treats which I purchased with barnyard bills.

    Can you tell me where exactly you purchased these "crates from" as I am unaware of any crates being for sale. The only logs for any BB's spent this month are 2 x Pick-A-tree purchases and unlocking of 2 seashells.

    ~edit~ If you are referring to the crates that were rewarded once opening the Day 11 Seashell, you will find the crates in your Deco inventory under the "Consumables" tab.
