***Kessari.......more info on cloud row...***

Hi Kessari! I read your post in Technical Issues...

I also bought the Country Doodles Cloud Row - and the givers ARE included! I thought they were missing, too, because **you have to click more-than-once to get them to place on the row!**

I would suggest that you try to find the ones you should have gotten by:

1. removing the ones on the cloud row and place them **on a field **somewhere temporarily...

2.then go to your empty cloud row and try clicking again/repeat/repeat clicking. Pause. Try one more time. If that all fails, "clear cache, etc", and try one more (pain in the neck) time.

3. Contact Support to fix it.
(Leave givers in the field (not in inventory) until the problem is fixed - by Support, if necessary, and be sure to tell them that you had bought the givers separately that are now on your field.)

Hope this helps - it should be quicker & easier than it sounds!

Mine are up and running and have been harvested for the first time.

***You should NOT have had to buy the givers for it***....but now that you have them, maybe you can enjoy the extra ep and leveling up just a little bit sooner?

The giver items are NOT included with the sale of the cloud rows. There was also the confirmation layer missing when purchasing the needed items. The double clicking you experienced when clicking on the cloud row was 1) the purchase of the item, 2) then the placement of the item This has been fixed with the Game Team, so now you will get a confirmation layer before purchasing the deco item.

Yes, Esca, I am sure I got them.
The givers must have been given in the beginning, as 2 of my farms bought the cloud row and both got the givers....when clicking-on-the-CR-in-my-rows...not when purchasing.

Perhaps it was done - before being changed - like the new CR, which also includes the givers.

Anyway, I would not have bought the CR and the givers, as this farm is too low on BB's.

I am sorry to say, but as explained above, when clicking on a cloud row, the items were automatically purchased, there was no confirmation layer No items were/are included with the sale of the Cloud rows from the Retro Cloud Sale!
You may be confused with the "Ray of Sunshine" cloud sale, which can be bought in a package that includes the row + givers.
We are happy to check your accounts if you would like your BB's checked

YES! Please check my BB purchases. I have bought other individual givers as well, so please take that into account. When I bought the Country Doodles CR only 99 BB's were deducted at that time. I then went and found it in my CR's, and clicked on each cloud to place the givers - which I had not separately (willingly or knowingly) purchased, because I did think that they came with the CR.

My other farm has lots of BB's, so I didn't check how many were taken. The best that I can remember on this farm was - only one click was required for this farm to purchase the CR....and probably one click each to place the givers. It was easy and quick.

Why - if you are able to check - must I repeat all this over in Tech?? You did say you'd "be happy to check"...

 

There are the appropriate sections if you need something checked. I said I was happy to check, but we must keep help to those appropriate threads. You do not need to copy all this conversation to Tech, you only need to post the Id's of the accounts you would like checked for the items bought during this cloud sale.
