    My Kitty Crib pet is not awarding BEP when harvested. I carefully harvested it separately and noted the BEP counter and compared it to the history log at the bottom of the page. It should have credited 44,400 BEP this morning and did not. This is not the first time it has done this so I did take special care this morning to record the details. Please advise.

    Edit: 2nd question...EP/BEP totals that fly up to the bar is only in round numbers. No decimals are showing. Are those fraction of points being counted?

    Hello puppiesnponies,

    I have tested the pet on Shipwreck bay, and the BEP are credited successfully. If moving from the Main field to Bahamarama, the EP counters can get mixed up. I can only suggest that next time it is ready, to refresh your farm whilst on the Bay and check the counter before and after harvesting the pet. As the Pet gives 12000 BEP, I presume the 44,400 is the total from other bonuses?

    If the EP counters are messed up, when do they right themselves again? I did check the counter before harvesting and after which is how I know it wasn't credited. I should be 38, 914 from leveling up but the bar continues to show 83,314 even after refreshing again meaning the pet's BEP is still not showing.

    Yes, the total bonus is from pets: owls, crows, dragon, nightmares, and Kitty Chaos top 1000 plus EM and SW.

    Edit : I just harvested a field of pineapple on Baha and it appears to be credited fine so for now it appears to just be Kitty Crib. What do I need to do to get the missing BEP credited to my account? It would mean a level up! Woo Hoo!

    Can you please do a screenshot showing the EP before and after the harvest and contact support along with details of the buffs active at the time.
