Large alpine goodies pack ?

    Hello farmerama official,
    I didn't know if I should post it here, but that's a problem after all :)
    I bought a large alpine gardens pack a few hours ago...
    But none of them are loaded except the gardener... Only the gardener is active...
    Accessories such as green fuel, sweet swap, power spraw, sprout-a-crop did not come... At least the ones I could detect...
    I think the stars are loaded I'm not sure...
    Also, there are some deficiencies in the shopping bonus that comes with my shopping... There is no light festival decor from the gin chest... 300 pcs suzys from super grow and 2 pcs. not sure about crate o buffs...

    Note: The opened chapters are new and will take time to be solved by us... But I think this is more fun... Opening everything in a short time and progressing causes boredom in the future... Thank you for your efforts on my behalf... Good work

    I can confirm you purchased the package on 14 June at 17:25. At that time, you were correctly booked the stars and assistant. The contents of the package for Alpine Gardens was delayed, but they were booked at 21:06 on 14 June.

    Regarding the Shopping Bonus, I can confirm all items were booked. You received 300 Suzy Super Grow, you opened your 2 Crate O Buffs which became EP Harvest Bonus S and TEP Harvest Boost L. Your Light Festival + is in your Deco Inventory.
