Last Candle Strategies

Almost completed event, (just need the curly sheep and flying goat), have begun just breeding for stock and CCs.

 

Paid for the gumbos and sailor ducks I needed with pheremone sales. Very pleased.

 

Oh darn! I guess I have to make dog food now...

I like your market better than mine! They're selling for 500K over here.

 

Τhis is what I decided to do! I bought 360 dog feed(they where quite expensive) and I got the dog kennel.
I am trying for the orange one now.

 

Done - woohoo! Didn't think I'd ever get there but finally got the last feathers and a normal duck to sailor duck to finish!

 

Good going Woody - hope you meant the Pygmy Goat, you don't need a Flying Goat. I know they all get to look the same after a while!

 

Finished and now trying to re-stock.

 

Now time to rip off the animal producers. Many have no feed. Took animal feed and kept prices low so that animal feed supplies would fall further. Stopped many get rich animal sellers from massive fortunes an let supplies fall. Cut competitors to loose change and kept from making money while buying their cheap goods. Now will resell them as they are out.

Continue to buy newbie crops to boast newbies and buying desperation crop listings. No need to play in pheromone market ... will let supplies fall.

Will buy the cheap stars in the event. No need for dogs pens and sort .... only wish the dogs would just get out of my barn. Gathering next breeding animal as no cc players need ccs for event.

All but a done deal. ..... (Thoughts of the farmwife's holiday eggnog making me shut down market stand and go back to the farmhouse ... will stop on the way at mud_pie_man's farm and sip on a red punch ................. can't wait till it's over in town.)

 

Yes, my bad... I did indeed mean pygmy goat. Finished it all yesterday, now working on just breeding for stock and sales.

 

Just didn't want you to carry on breeding to get a Flying Goat then find out you wanted a littl'un!

 

of course, now I would not mind a flying goat... lol

 

Finally I can finish the Last Candle event today...
I spent around 600 PFs and a lot of pheromones to breed many animals, and then lost around 6 million CCs to buy products and to make investments.


Now working on re-stock and selling to cut my expenditure.
I'm looking forward next Santa event.. Wish I could have benefited double or three times on it.

 

I'll finish part before it is all over. And I'll be there to help farmers restock. This farm went into it with over 150,000 various animal feed and over 22,000 animals for breeding.

In a couple of areas I feel it too! The ccs made are sure a good medication.

Visited several farms and found differences in markets in many items. Some markets appear to be falling faster than others in some areas. Appears many have competed the event to coincide with the end of baby boom.

We all needed breeding animals for a recent event. At that time there were several with market price below exchange and therefore we were able to get more for the cc if purchased. At present there is only the Albino Bat and there are fewer if any offers below the 1600 exchange value on some markets.

Strategy at this time is to bring Albino Bats to 4000 and supply crops needed for mills to bring feed levels back to desired levels. Many days left until event ends and will slowly work it. Sorry so slow!

Also noticed several common tree fruit items have significant increases and I do not see how caused by current event. But the rise is across several markets. Coincidental?

 

The current event is only slightly affects the price of fruit, not so great. I thought.

Might be caused by:

1. Most of the fruit sellers to refrain from selling it to next Santa event.
2. Most sellers do not sell fruit because it is more profitable to sell animals, products and animal feeds rather than selling fruits at the time.
3. Most of them celebrate Christmas early and vacation. It is experiencing greater demand than supply of fruits in several market.

Not all fruit has increased the price, just a few.
I estimate the price of the fruit will fall to the level of the lowest prices on the first and second week of January. Otherwise, fruit supply is greater than demand at that moment.

I finished the event! I have half a million CC less now but at least I have lots of PF.

 

Maybe there will be a new quest or event with tree fruit?
There is a suggestion Thread to that subject in the forum.
I don't know; I am not a Mod...
but I would agree that something might be up...
especially if you noticed those changes in several markets around the same time.
