Last Gold Mystery Tree has not arrived.

I departed the train about 1 minut before 2pm, but it has not yet arrived with its Gold Mystery Tree. Can you please take a look at my account and let me know what has happened?

Have you tried refreshing your farm to see if the cargo shows up. There can be a delay if the seedling was not collected before the event ended. The logs show the last cargo was collected at 2017-08-28 13:59:43. You have 3 Gold seedlings placed on your Glade, the last being planted at 2017-08-28 14:01:47. Is that the last seedling you are referring to?

No that is not the seedling I'm missing. I send a cargo just before the event ended and that one should have arrived just before 3pm, but it has not showed up yet. I have refreshed the game, but the gold seedling has not arrived.

 

With only 15 seconds of the Event to go from the time you collected your previous seedling, it is possible that by the time you sent the train off, the event had already finished. Can you remember what trees you placed on the train? After refreshing the Game, are the trees missing from your inventory?

I know that it was just before the event ended, but I saw the train depart from the station. I can't remember which trees I placed on the train, unfortunately.

 

More than likely, it was a visual error as the event was over by the time the train would have left the station. You are welcome to contact Support for further investigation.
