level up EP query

    Hi there, one of my top neighbours just levelled up to level 97 and is now my top neighbour but when clicking on him/her to get EP I only got 247 EP ? surely this is not correct? Or am I miss reading it I am level 93 and have the tree rune open ..... I would be grateful if this can be checked for me - thank you ID 23962666 Meggan2010

    Hello Meggan2010 :)

    Did your friend become your neighbour recently? If yes, the amount can be so low. The longer you are neighbours, the more EP you should get.

    Unfortunately there is no way for us to determine the amount you should have gotten, because the formula was never revealed, nor are we able to check the amount you got to confirm it was 247 EP, I am really sorry.

    My neighbour has been a neighbour for years, as I mentioned - level 97 - so no not low at all, I congratulated the person and they have replied saying they have not levelled up recently so they think it was a glitch. It is not as if I confused them with a low level neighbour as they are at the top of my neighbour column, so it is a mystery..... I am surprised it can not be checked but since there was no level up it is not a problem now, thanks you for your reply teddy-bear - you may close, thank you

    If they have not levelled up recently, then most likely a glitch (a a few bonus EP)
