Loading errors 3 out of 4 days...

I have not been able to get into the game at least 3 out of the last 4 days. I gave up and waited until after 1pm USA PT, and low and behold the farm is available.

I am not doing any of the events. I started doing one, but not being able to get in and use the breeding while the super feed meant something has discouraged me from continuing. I decided not to do the Frappe because I haven't been able to get into the game consistently, and I am tired of using up buffs when I can only get in for a few hours a day.

You want us to spend money on products, but it's a waste to use them (when you can't get into the game, and have the buffs running...out).

So what are you all going to do about this? Until you can get the game running with no problems please do not put any more events, add anymore trees or animals.

Is something actually being done about this problem?

 

IT is doing everything they can as fast as they can every time game shows issues with logging in and between those times. Let's hope login issues are over from this on.

I'm in the same situation as BonbonQueen. I've been with the game for over 12 years. Too many events and endless problems today make me feel bored. In the past 2 months, I have been unable to log in several times, and I cannot get in touch with you. Maybe it's time to say goodbye.

 

I understand completely your frustration, unfortunately no matter how well something is planned and tested before release there might come surprises, which will be dealt with as fast as possible.

You have to be able to log in, in order to notify the Forum (that you can't log in). I have pretty much given up on the game until it is fixed. I can only get in once or twice a day. The last few mornings I can't get in until you all are up (after 1pm my time USA). You make enough money on this that someone should be on the technical end 24 hrs per day!!! Not just when eastern Europe wakes up, daylight hours.

There is no good planning or testing. Maybe of the item you are going to add, but not of how that added item is going to affect the on-going, already existing, game.

You all have been selling, adding, and screwing up the farm in the process. Slow down. Stop adding things. Fix what has been wrong for the last 8 months or more. Get a new server.

I am not putting any more money into this farm. I am getting over the need to participate in everything you throw out. If I don't make it through an event, I will get over it. No more money! If you can't hold the game open, where I get all the hours an event is scheduled for, I am not doing them. There is no point in using buffs (over the last series of weeks as you have had issues) and never getting those opportunities replaced.

Okay, enough of my rant. I want you all to know I am serious. If I don't have already existing BB, I am doing without.

Get a new server. Get tech people running this game at all times (for the 40mil that play). Make the farm available or shut the thing down.

 

You can log into the forum, via the link at the bottom of the screen where you log in. That's how I do it when the game is down.

I'll try to figure that out the next time (I want to get to the Forum as BBQ :-D and have the log in screen available). I haven't been able to get more than a white screen for most of the last 4-5 days. Quite frankly the farm has been hinky since the Valley got added.

Today I got in, and then it froze and I got the white screen when I tried to come back in game. I finally gave up and waited until after 1pm (USA time) and low and behold I was able to get in again. Whoever maintains the tech part of the game seems to work after 1pm.

 

The Game is back up and running. The Game Team are working continually to address the DDoS attacks as they are ongoing, so we need to be patient whilst things are able to go back to normal.
