loading of game

Hello,
My game is not loading properly.The loading reaches to 55 % and stuck there. I've tried to reload it several times but of no use.I'm facing this problem from last two weeks.
I've sent a message to support twice but still have the problem.
Please help me as soon as possible !! I want to play this game.My farm is missing me.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies and also clearing your Flash cache. Also do you have the latest version of Flash player installed? You can also check that your browser has not disables Flash Player from running.

I don't know what's "browser cache and cookies ",but I know that there is no problem with my Flash player.
I'm facing the same problem today too.I can't enter the game. everyday I wait for it for an hour.

There are no issues with the Game not running smoothly at this time.

Today it again stuck at 55 % but after 15 mins it started to load further.And now I'm able to play the game today.I don't know that support team has done something or not.

We are not having any problems with the game at this time, so would you please let us know what version of Flash player you are using? Would you also confirm you have cleared both your browser and flash cache? Would you please try another browser to see if that helps?

I use Chrome and it has it's own Flash Player.I use that Flash Player,I don't know it is of the latest version or not.
By saying about use of another browser,you mean that I've to download another one?I want your recommendation.Can I use Internet explorer,it's already on my laptop.
I don't know about flash cache.
I've cleared all cookies on the site.

 

To check for your Adobe Flash player, right click your mouse to bring up the following:



If you click on the About Adobe Flash Player at the bottom of that window, you will see the latest Adobe Flash Player versions for the browser you use.



If your Adobe Flash is not the current version, please upgrade to the latest version to improve your game functionality.

You can try Internet Explorer and see if it works better for you or you can download a different browser to try. I have used Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Opera successfully.
