Loading Problem

    Hello
    I'm also having a loading problem... After the first login, a window opens, showing the daily gift and the events added in the game for that day... The problem is that that part doesn't load there... it's 100 percent but it doesn't open... I did everything you said and tried the standalone client. I tried it too, same problem... It doesn't fix... Thanks

    The information we have so far is that is appears that it is an Internet Provider issue.

    All player reports so far are from one geolocation (country) and we are trying to determine if you all have the same internet provider. Would you please confirm who your Internet service provider is?

    As the problem seems to be with your internet provider, you may need to wait till they fix the issue. You can try resetting your modem to see if that helps.

    When we have further news from the Game Team to see if they can provide further information, we will update you.
