Locked out of AniE farm -

Hi, I'm having the 'you don't have any games in your account yet' problem with Bigpoint again.
This happened twice before during G&T - not sure why it's happening now!

I can't access my farm in my AniE account -

Bigpoint portal says 'you don't have any games in your account yet' when I log in.

This is a portal issue that has returned a few times in the last few months - I am glad this time it was a very short time glitch, and I appreciate you updated us.

If this does happen again and the problem persist, here is what you can do: Go to the farmerama website - www.farmerama.com - then click on the 'Forgot your password?' link in the login menu. Then, enter your portal farm username and a password reset link will be e-mailed to you. This will allow you to set a direct password for Farmerama, avoiding our portal.

Please note: this will only give you an alternative way of accessing the farm, and it works for all the other games developed by Bigpoint which are linked to your portal account, through their own website. Following these steps however will not change your portal password, which will remain the same.

Hi Teddy

That forgotten password trick with Farmerama.com doesn't work in this situation. I've tried it before - both times I was locked out. I don't get sent an email, and Bigpoint does have my email address.

The trick does work and it's the workaround used for accessing the games when the Bigpoint portal is experiencing this problem - it doesn't work for all the other external partners however - so I am really sorry you have not been able to successfully use it. If you are not receiving the password reset e-mail, please contact our Customer Care Team and they will assist you further with this matter.

I did contact support previously when I had this problem and I wasn't getting an email for a new password, and they couldn't help either.
Oh well, hopefully it doesn't happen again.
