Log In Issues

    My 2nd farm, BillyWhiskers, was logged in on Firefox and spontaneously was logged out. When I tried to log back in, I received the following message:

    Service Unavailable
    The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.
    Reference #6.f64dc17.1412633880.1b3f3ff0

    This farm has remained successfully logged in on Chrome and I dare not log out to try BW in case I can't get back in. I have also tried Explorer with the same result.

    Do not log out, because you will not be able to log back in. The issue happening on Friday night and last night has returned :( I apologise for this inconvenience. OA on its way ... ​

    Thanks for the info teddy. Unfortunately, this will mean I cannot set up my farm for overnight for that very important first harvest after an event starts. Not your fault but it is frustrating. Hopefully, it will all be resolved soon.

    I understand your frustration and I can assure you I am not happy either :( I can confirm however that the IT department is awake and working on fixing this so I really hope all the logins will be back in no time. Not only Farmerama is affected, but all the other Bigpoint games as well.

    Is there anything else I can assist you with in the mean time? (going to look for your breeding issue now ... )
