LOG IN ISSUES

    A few weeks ago, I was having trouble logging in (it would crash before it even loaded the map), so I took a vacation from farmerama. I come back today (November 22, 2014) and I'm still having trouble logging in.

    The adobe plug-in keeps crashing.
    It keeps asking me if I'll grant the game UNLIMITED access to my RAM.
    And then Windows pops up and tells me my paging memory is low.

    I don't know what the hell your game developers are doing, but if it NEEDS to ask if they can have UNLIMITED access to my RAM (which I WILL NEVER GRANT) and the paging memory gets sucked dry trying to load a bunch of GOOGLE AD crap that also crashes my adobe plug-in, (all this BEFORE it finishes loading the damn map) then I can no longer enjoy the game.

    -edit- DOES NOT cause any of this to happen.

    Tell your developers to take all the unnecessary google ad javascript out of the game. -edit- I don't need it crashing my computer.

    Hello skyefaerie, :oops:

    Regarding the problems you are experiencing - please follow these steps:
    1. clear your browser cache, cookies and flash cache
    2. uninstall flash completely
    3. access the game and follow the instructions on the screen for downloading the latest adobe and install it
    4. try using a different browser as well
    Did this help? Have you managed to log in, stay logged in and play the game?

    I'm not dumb, teddy.bear. I've cleared my history, my cookies, my caches. I've tried using IE. All my browsers and corresponding plugins (java, adobe, flash whatever) are UP TO DATE. AND STILL I'M GETTING crashes on or after loading the map.

    What's the point of playing a game you cannot access at all?

    I am really sorry, but please re-read my post, and if anything I've said implied this - I apologise, because I was in absolutely no way implying that, I was just giving you basic directions for troubleshooting this (as a side note, I didn't even include links to the Flash and cache/cookie browser clearing). Clearing your history though will not influence or help in any way, nor having Java up to date - as the game is Flash based.

    Secondly, I'm sorry you are still experiencing this, and I understand everything is up to date, but still, the problem is on your end, I apologise for insisting on this. If the game would be unplayable, we would have many many complaints, yet yours is the only one :( so please try to understand this from our position as well.

    Also, I would absolutely not recommend you to use Internet Explorer - but any other commonly used browser. Something else must be wrong with the system if you continue to get these crashes.

    If the browser you are using is Chrome, check (and double check) that your Pepper Flash (built in Flash player) is disabled, as having two different Flash players could cause them to bump heads and crash the Flash applications.
    Here is a helpful link with some solutions for Mozilla Firefox, which very well apply to other browsers as well.

    Well, none of THAT worked. Can't even log into the game after doing everything on that help page. FARMERAMA is completely UNPLAYABLE to me anymore.

    So, it's been nice while it lasted.

    No, it made no difference on any of them because it goes to farmerama.bigpoint.com on game load anyway. The background image loads to 100%, then when you see the map, it drops down to 84% to load the game, gets to 94% and then it crashes.

    I'm done messing with it, trying to get it to work.

    Hi

    Skyefaerie is not alone with these problems, I have been in contact with Customer Care Team and they sent an email with instructions which I carried out to the letter and I'm still having problems. It's very frustrating not being able to play a game I have invested a lot of time in. Just tried both links and they don't work. Could you at least ask the tech team to have a look?
