    I'm having trouble logging in on my second farm : JJsFarm. Sorry I don't have the ID#.
    It is the same issue as yesterday with error message starting with [2005,"Exception","CjgYt2Y6oydxZoWOMiKfZDBh7......
    Just wanted to let you know it was happening again.
    If someone could sprinkle their magic dust around that would be great :D
    Leaving a big basket of Spooky treats to share and you can close thread NFQ.

    I'm not trying to hijack the thread, but my other farms, astrassburg & kity20, are having the same issue. Is there a bigger problem for multiple people? They were working a couple hours ago

    I'm having the same issue with firerose02. My account that is fed through big fish games works fine, but the account directly with bigpoint gives the same error as above.

    Same here...my big fish games account works fine, but the BigPoint farm is showing the same error message as yesterday.

    Hello JJenks,

    Have you tried using a different browser to see if the problem is the same? or only having the other farm opened? Have you tried clearing your flash cache and browser cache and cookies to see if that helps also?

    If this does not solved the issue, please everyone else, start your own threads so we can assist you further.

    Can I assist the OP further?

    I'm sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I got logged out on this farm too and could not get back in. Yes I had tried all troubleshooting before posting with no results.
    I see there is an OA about it and all is fixed this morning so I have no further questions.
