log in issues

    I've been having a lot of problems accessing the game sine yesterday evening. Most times I try to log in I get a message telling me the server cannot be found. I've invested a lot of supergrow into the pumpkin event and now Ive run out of time. Am I the only one having this issue?

    Unfortunately there is a technical issue with our CDN provider affecting all Bigpoint games since yesterday, so you are not the only one having this issue, but also, it does not affect all / most players. The team continues working on fixing this as soon as possible.

    In addition to that, an overall maintenance was running earlier this morning, which could have affected your login at times, as announced here - and the game will be unavailable for a couple of hours, from 2:30 pm CET (UTC+1).

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    ok Thanks Teddy Bear. I was aware of the scheduled maintenance but because the problems started yeasterday I thought there probably was a wider issue.
