log in problem

    I had been trying to log in to this username and my other farms also since about 2 hrs.It was staying at 55 %.I tried different browser also.cleared cache and all,still didn't work. Logging in is very essential as event is running.was able to log in sometime ago only.lots of resources get wasted too when we are not able to log in.So I thought I should bring the issue to your notice.did anyone else have this problem?

    Not a mod but here is what the Bigpoint Customer Service Team said in a recent announcement on the HTTPS Change:

    In case you still encounter any login difficulties, we urge you to get in contact with our customer support (http://www.bigpoint.com/support/) to investigate your case.​

    Edit: Forgot to add that if you would like an administrator to check your account, you need to post your Game ID#.

    Hello sweetsparkle,

    I am glad that you have managed to log in successfully. There have been no server issues that we are aware of. Logging into other accounts, can cause game lag. Have you cleared the caches of all your Farms?

    Can I assist you further?

    Thank you for the prompt assistance zerodegrees and shooger.sweet.I have cleared the cache in this farm ifor sure.I will do that on the other ones too.
