LOG ON PROBLEM

Hello, I have been trying to log on for more than 4 hours, the game load up to 79% and stops there, I cleared the catch, and the flash player catch, also tried other browser, like chrome and Firefox, and the same issue is there on all the browsers, can you please check my farm?

Until they can check your account, just to let you know, it took me more than 40 minutes to load the whole game. Turn off everything else on the computer, like virus updates etc [turn on when done]. Try IE if possible and hit reload whenever it stops loading. Good Luck! It's just a HUGE download.

 

It also took me a long time to load this morning. Then I noticed there was a new Flash Player release. That seemed to fix the speed problem. Don't know if it will help you, but it would be worth checking out. Good luck.

Have you been able to load the Game? As mindy1701 suggested, have you tried to install the latest version of Flash player to see if that helps.

I have the latest version of flash, I do not think it is a flash problem, I play sea fight by BP and it uses flash player and it is working perfectly, I think the problem is related to my farm, it has been more than 14 hours and the problem still there, the loader stops at 79% on the farm map and then there is no data traffic, the modem shows no data transfer, when I hit esc button it goes to the main farm screen with spinning flowers and the loader still at 79%, please I need a technician to check my farm, I am loosing big time for the event.

Hello again, just to let you know, I flushed the DNS and still I can't log, it is more than 20 hours now and no reply and nobody checked my farm yet.

Your farm loads without any problem, so there is something on your end preventing it from loading. If a different game is loading for you, it does not mean Flash is not the problem, or an outdated cache.

I have cleared your server cache as well, please be so kind and try logging in again, after fully clearing your browser cache, cookies, Flash cache (very important), and making sure that both your Flash player and the browser you are using are up to date.

As for the answer, with all due respect, we are doing our best to assist players as fast as possible - but the mode team is volunteer, and we have other commitments as well. I appreciate your understanding. You are also welcomed to contact Support for such emergencies.

Hello again, I am sorry it took some time to reply, I was flying and had a really bad day, anyway all I needed was a small reply that my problem is being looked into, and I don't mind if that is going to take some time, I did not mean to be offensive, but 28 hours is kind of long time for such a respond, I am a customer and I like to know that I am not being ignored, your efforts are appreciated, and all the steps you suggested have been done many times, and my browser and flash player are up to date, but you seem to have a magical touch, I think my farm just needed a kick from you to function again, so thank you for what you did, my farm is working again, my frustration was not toward mods, I was just upset for loosing time for the event while I know I am going to travel and loose more time, now I need to catch some sleep and catch up with BBD and the rest of the event, Thank you again, please close.
