logging in

hi i have windows ten with a bing search engine and an adobe flash player. right now the game is letting me log in but i cant check anything. either the screen turns gray or white or the game kicks me off.

it has let me on it for now but every time there is a login maintenance something like this happens. please help.

You can try clearing your browser cache and flash cache to see if that helps. You can also check that you have the latest version of Flash player installed. As with the recent Game Maintenance, every user was logged out from the Game.

i did that before i posted. and it is still kicking me off the game (logging out of my game) and giving me a grey or white screen when i switch between fields. its not as bad today and by tomorrow it may quit completely. But usually after a scheduled login maintenance my computer won't log in to this site, even after i clear both my cashes, or it kicks me off or I get a gray or white screen when i switch between fields.. then it does it for hour to days after. usually about 24 hours. it has been up to four days before i could log back on.

 

Have you tried using a different browser to see if works better? You can also check your firewall settings to see if something is blocking the content from showing.

yes its the same and my firewall is good. works fine until the login maintenance then it starts messing up and it does it for some time after the maintenance is done and i should be able to log back on..

 

I do not know why the maintenance would be stopping your farm from loading I will pass this onto the Game Team, but as there are no similar reportings, I do not know if they can help. I have cleared your user cache on the server. Has this helped with the display issue?

the game still kicks me off. it kind of loads after i restart it and it kicks me off again...and I'm not having trouble with my display anymore. now it just wont let me stay on long enough to plant a field..

 

I had no trouble logging onto your Game from the server, so there is no problem there. Please check that you have the current version of Flash and you have the latest browser version installed and that your pop up blocker is not disabling the site.

it started messing up again...after i cleared my cash..it's very frustrating. if the game lets me log on it either gives me a gray area where the playing screen is or kicks me off...

 

There were login issues for many players earlier on, but everyone should now be able to login again successfully.

Can you please close your browser, then try to load your farm again.

it took me three tries but i logged on... I'm not sure it's working right yet though. I will keep you updated.

 

I spend my super grow for nothing because I canot loggin in game last night

 

Unfortunately the Game is currently down. As soon as the Game is back up and running, can you please update if everything runs smoothly.

so far it seems everything is running smoothly. all the glitches seem to b resolved also. it takes it a little longer to load the game page but I'm not complaining about that as long as it lets me on the game and doesn't kick me off.
