Login issue

Hi, I haven't been able to log in with my AniE farm nearly all day. It worked fine this morning but now it says: sorry, something went wrong.
It lets me login but then says I have no games attached to my account. It is with Bigpoint.
I tried going through Farmerama.com and saying I forgot my password but it didn't work. I never received an email from them.
The farm ID is 52953529.

I've cleared the cache, cookies etc.

I'm not a mod but if you haven't logged into the farmerama.com site before, tell it you've forgotten your password. Follow the instructions to reset it and then it should allow you to log in through there. That's the way I've been logging in today as there seems to be a problem with the bigpoint.com address.

 

Black Caviar, thanks, I tried that already yesterday. It didn't work. It never sent me a new password link.
I have the same login issue today.

But I'm glad to know it's not just me having problems with Bigpoint.

 

I am too, bigpoint.com is down for the count, possibly due to the changes that have to be made due to the shutdown of FantasyRama.

Whisperwind, that happens to me too, for password reset ingame too. It's annoying.

I contacted support. This was the reply:
"...We are aware of this issue, however, please note that all your game accounts are safe and sound, there is just a database issue preventing them from being displayed in your portal account.

We cannot guarantee that this will be fixed today, but as an alternative, you can access the game pages directly and reset your password through the Forgotten password function. This will allow you to set a direct login for the games individually, but your portal account linking all your game accounts will remain unchanged... "

Sadly I can't login directly through Farmerama.com. I've contacted support re this too.

The portal issues have not been resolved yet, but the Teams are looking into this matter. Indeed, your accounts are all safe, and you will be able to access them again as soon as they are displayed in the portal accounts.

Until then, you can use the Password Reset function on Farmerama by entering your portal username, and you will receive an e-mail allowing you to set a new password for farmerama.com . Please note this new password will work for Farmerama's website directly, but for the Bigpoint portal you will need to continue using your old password.

If you fail to receive the reset e-mail, please contact Support for this matter - as well as for any other issues. We are unable to help you with this matter, so the thread will now be closed. Good luck to you all, lovely farmers.
