login issues

hi, i have just been able to log into the game.. the game kicked me out and it was the same issue as last time everyone reported with the mumbo jumbo.. this time it was about 3 1/2 hours (11 - 230) i was out.... the first time i know it was hours again but not sure as i had to leave but it was several hours before i left .. i was wanting to know if we were going to get some compensation as i have lost valuable harvester and buff time with each of these times along with valuable crop time as i have had crops waiting to be harvested both times.... it is getting very frustrating.... please advise thank you..

I'm gonna add mine to this as well. This is the second time in two days. To be honest, I'm expecting this to happen tomorrow too as I believe it has something to do with the Halloween giveaway. I'm not specifically looking for some crazy compensation package or anything, but when I've used consumables which can be fairly costly, and have lost out on event time (Moonlight Mania), I don't think it's unreasonable to expect some form of compensation.

My suggestion would be to add an extra day to the Moonlight Mania currently going on to make up for time lost.

No further assistance needed for me. I just didn't want to open another thread for basically the same reason.

 

Same with me. Have lost almost 2 days of play. Would like some extra comp time as well to make up for missing moonlight mania time. And I've lost most of 2 twenty-four hour harvester tickets. Not to mention buff potions. Thank you for
getting this fixed. Hope it is fixed anyway
