Login Issues

    For the past week or two, I have had issues logging into the game. I access the game through my google chrome acct. The login issues lasts 5-10 minutes and is just annoying (cannot load page; site not available), but today I could not access the game for over 30 minutes (when I needed to do my overnight harvest of all my fields!). I notice other players posting similar login issues with the same error message over the past week or two. Usually it is very annoying but today I am worried the login issues are getting worse. I could not access the game or the forums through google or puffin, but was able to access the forums through safari. Please help!

    Hi Moo-Moo

    Have you tried clearing you browser cache, flash cache and made sure you have the latest version of flash installed?

    Yes I went through all the troubleshooting steps repeatedly when the login issues began 1-2 weeks ago. It is a new ongoing issue. It has never occurred before. It occurs intermittenly. Similar to being unable to reach the magical stalk row, which also has gotten worse recently.

    If you've tried all those steps then the issue must be with your google account, I'm afraid you will have to contact their support.

    Actually since they fixed the slow game issues ytd, the game is running much smoother and i did not have any login issues ytd. Keeping my fingers crossed! LOL NFQ
