Login problem

    Hi

    I can't log into my farm :( (was fortunately not logged out of the forum)

    I just keep getting the message:

    Gateway Timeout
    The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.
    Reference #1.1443212e.1415739615.1120482

    Edit: I don't know my id :(

    The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.

    had the problem as well, took me about 45 mins to get logged in:oops:

    Same log in problem took me over 1 hour and only got in using internet explorer

    It's a holiday and everyone is playing? I had the same issue but finally got in.


    Mir, next time you are in, copy your id into a text file for future reference.

    We are aware of the login issues, it has been affecting all the Bigpoint games and all the countries in the last hour, as announced here. Please keep an eye on this OA for updates, but I hope you will not experience problems anymore.

    Either way, do not worry about the ID, we can manage to find it out for you as long as you know your login username.
