    Im loging in thru bigpoint but unfortunately receiving an error message from windows saying "403(Forbidden)from auth 3.bpsecure.com and im unable to login...Can anyone assist in the matter plz

    ok i will try all troubleshooting steps.....i tried another browser but same prb....anyways thx Mod....Ill get back after trying all the trouleshooting steps...bye thx a lot

    I will leave this open in the meantime. Fingers crossed the troubleshooting fixes the problem.
