Login problems

    Today Their was a login issue with the farm. I tried to go to the forum for help but had no way to login to it because you need to login from the farm to be logged in the forums.
    I liked the old way to be able to login the forums outside of the farm. It worked best when issues like this happen. I now have my user ID copped down to so in the future I can send in a support ticket to.
    Maybe we could just have one spot in the forum anyone can post on as guest for login issues only? idk just an idea. You would need to know your user name an ID of course!

    I like that idea of being able to use your user id to log in to the forum - it's really frustrating when you have no idea if it's just your problem because you can't check with other players.

    Good idea. I could not find out what was happening either and could not get to the forum to find anything out.

    Agree, even if I can read the forum, sometime it would be nice to be able to log in as well, and as TC says, ask others or ask mods if this is a personal problem or global.

    Well I too had issues logging in this morning... Came to forums but couldnt log in at all to ask for help.. No other players posted issues of logging in so i knew nothing of it till i went to facebook.. i sent 2 emails to support cause of this issue.. and had to message them on FB. i did all that before looking at comments in FACEBOOK.. Now had they told the MODS here what was going on and they had made a post then maybe i wouldnt had to write support about the issue.. just saying... they couldve checked better emails then to get 10000 of loggin in issues...
