Login redirected to missing page

    Hi Team,

    for the last hour I can't login properly:

    a) After entering my login data, I can then see the main screen (Venecia by night) but nothing is loading
    b) sometimes I get the message, that the page is not loading (redirected) and in the URL line is the following showing
    https://farmerama.bigpoint.com/Proj...RTXEAh9-lE1BfXDYoVoO0RfspR44XvISPiFXLiAEFvNb0

    I have NO idea, why that happens.
    Please could you look into this (caches are cleared, laptop restarted etc all without any success)

    EDIT: It works again, but my farm droid, stalk helper and builder ran out in between!!!

    Me too! - I can log into the game through the portal (BigPoint) but not from the farmerama page. ("The Page is not re-directing properly")

    Seems to be working now.

    I have the same problem. I couldn't even log in through BigPoint. I tried and it created a new account?

    Me too, I am just now able to get logged on. I was unable to log on for roughly 2.5 hours.

    There were many of us who could not even log in to ask you for help. Some of us are back in now - don't know if everyone is.

    I was having some issues also. When I finally got in all my saved logins were gone. I had to look like crazy to find where I had the information written down. Lost about 2 or so hours...

    Also what is the deal with the site not being secure., in the address bar when the page is loading there is an explanation mark (!) then the word secure but as of late it is mostly reading un or not secure?

    There was a redirect error but this has now been resolved as I can see you are all able to enter the Game once more.
