logon issues today

    During the server issues today, I used a 1hr harvester token in order to try and overcome the problems. This did not register so did not help.

    Then the server collapsed and the system went offline. When I got back in, the voucher had been taken but I did not have the harvester.

    It is annoying to work so hard to get resources to lose them in this way.

    I'm guessing that I have to live with this but just on the off chance - is there any method of restoring my lost 1hr voucher ?
