Losing neighbors

Hi,

Lately I haven't been very active(same as dad's farm) but his and my farm were active at the same time last time. I logged in now and I'm in the red and his is in the green.

Also, I've lost several neighbors including his which neither side dropped each other. So why were they dropped?

Your activity thermometer is green if you are actively playing, will turn red if you do not, will begin to flash red after a couple of weeks of not logging in and actively playing and eventually you will drop off your neighbor's list. Once you log back in and begin to actively play, your thermometer will turn green again and you can look for neighbours in the daily request thread.

I was not aware neighbors automatically get dropped if you turn red. Thanks for the information.
