lost crafts

I was in my inventory and clicking on my crafts as I have a lot. I hadn't activated them . It's the one that shows up with a question mark on the box. I had over 215. I clicked on it twice and then it disappeared . I don't know why. where is it? Did I lose all the crafts? ID 28811415

You have 360 PinkiePiePie in your inventory. This is the only product over 200. Have you tried clearing your browser and Flash caches to see if that solves the display problems. If that does not help, can you post a screenshot of the box in question so we can investigate further.

Lottidah - were you perhaps in your inventory under the consumables tab? There is an item called crafting box (comes from a cloud row) that does indeed have question mark on it. They are crafting supplies such as sugar, salt, mandrake, floral wire and herbal elixirs. When you click on them, they automatically are put in your supplies found in your barn under Trade products. You haven't lost them.

If this is not what you are talking about, my apologies. Just trying to be helpful

 

pnp, you are right that is where I was. So if I click once or twice all of them go into my barn? I thought I had to click for each one. I had a lot cause I had never done it.

 

When you click on the Use button, you should get a pop up screen showing you what crafting supplies you got. It does 100 at a time so if you had over 200 and clicked twice, you should see the balance of them still showing in inventory and the rest are already in the barn.

If you have pop ups enabled, you would have got a pop up showing what 100 crafting ingredients you got.

I don't have anymore in inventory. I had one pop up. They just disappeared. I have no idea if I got credit for them or not. I know I didn't have just 200.
