    I purchased 2 months of harvester time during the last sale. I've waited a couple of days for it to drop, and I still only have about 250 hrs on my harvester. I've checked my mail & I have a message from Paypal saying that the $26 dollars have been sent.
    Could you help me find my 1400 hours of farm help?
    (It's fine if they've gone on a coffee break - or, you know, OAT break; but at least tell them to check in so I can find them when I need them)

    Hi sablevar

    Your logs don't show any purchase of harvester since May. If you feel a payment has been taken incorrectly, then please contact support with details of the transaction so that they can check what may have happened.

    If you have more than one farm is it possible that you may be confusing farms?
