    My baby farm account is not going to open after I changed the password. The account is username Prunella80. I don't have the id number unfortunately. I dunno if you all can help or what, but if you can, I would be grateful.

    Please let us know why aren't you able to access your account. Do you manage to enter your login username and password? Are you logging in successfully? Do you see any errors? Does the farm start to load? Please tell us more about this problem and we will assist you further.

    Also, I am sorry, but I'm afraid I need to bring something to your attention, I'm sorry :-( Please take a moment to read the Welcome post and familiarize yourself with the new forum, one of the big changes being the size of the signature:

    Thank you for the information about the signatures Teddy. I will abide by what is now set as the new rules.

    The reason I can't seem to access my Prunella80 account is that I did a password change and for some unknown reason, even though I verified that change from my email account, the password is not working and I can't get into the account. I get instead an error of the account user name and password does not exist. I don't know why that has occurred. Hopefully we can get things straightened out so I can get back to farming. :) I appreciate your time on this matter and I wish to thank you.

    I'm sorry your new password doesn't seem to be working. By any chance, did you try to log in using your old password, in case the change didn't take? If that doesn't work, try contacting Support, using the link below your farm frame. Be sure to give them as many details as you can. Unfortunately, forum staff has no access to password information.

    Closing thread, as OP has been referred to Support.
