Lost items for Xmas cloud row

Hi i cant seem to find 2 of the items for the one cloud row we got as a present. Can someone please help me locate them?? the items i am missing are
Puddle Jumping,
and
Sunshine Rituals
I know that they are not in my inventory or at the moonlight park place. I already got the ones from there. I have looked at shipwreck and main land park but i could not find them there. ( i have both of those full and it is hard to find things in there as i did find givers for the other row there). I also looked on my rows but i have so many of them too. I did find one in there but i still cant locate the 2 above.

Please help me when you can.

Thank you julie1013. I had looked through there and found one of the items originally. I have had some time to look again and found an item i was missing in the park. Still missing 1 item which i was looking for under the wrong name. If I get some more time i will go through everything again. my 2 main parks are filled up and i have items spilling over into the other 2 plus almost 200 cloud rows. I am hoping i am just over looking it as i believe i would have got it when logging in. It even sounds familiar. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you!!


Hi I found 1 of the items in the overcrowded park. I am still missing the Sunshine Rituals though.
(which is misleadingly labeled in the announcement for the Merry Christmas Magic Stalk Row. The
Sunshine Rituals item looks like it should be called flower braiding due to the order of the items and the way the names are listed. just an fyi)
If someone could please help me locate it still i would greatly appreciate it. I have gone through all 4 parks and my cloud rows and cant seem to locate it.

I am sorry the order of the items listed were confusing. I have now corrected that.
I cannot see the Sunshine Rituals deco item in your inventory or clouds. I am sorry to say I cannot check your Daily bonus gifts that far back, you will need to contact Support for further investigation.

I am sorry I wasnt trying to offend or upset anyone by mentioning the reversal of the names of the 2 deco items. I was just mentioning it as others seem to be missing items and they might have done what i did not realizing the names werent in order as the items shown. I am sorry if i upset or offended anyone.
Do you know what month that the Sunshine Rituals deco item was given in??
Also how do i contact support as the only way i knew how i cant contact them for this as it is not an option in the drop down boxes nor for the auto response.
