lost seeder

    i was running bought the harvester and seeder for 48hr's had 10/11hrs left on it, and finished the level in this event and got the harvester wiped out the seeder i dont know how long that was good for but i only have about 5or so hrs left on harvester alone id 5562533 can u fix or set up coupon for lost time thanks the oldman49

    I apologise for the late reply. I have checked your logs and the only recent machinery was from level 10 diamond step of the Sheep wool quest, on 27.05.2015, 16:55:02 CEST. These hours were supposed to be over by the time you checked on Friday evening :( There are no signs of you purchasing the machinery or using a coupon. The current event only gave you 10 hours of harvester (1st function, not all 4 machinery functions). Your harvester was therefore active until 2:55:02 CEST on Saturday, so at 10:17 pm CEST you were supposed to still had to have 4 hours and a half left - which sounds correct, based on your message :( .

    Is there anything else I could assist you with?
