    This statement is untrue. I did not send in a support ticket, rather I opened the 'chat' icon. There has been only a response from a nameless faceless impersonal reply that seems to be based on the graphic provided by Shooger in entry 5 in the previous thread. This representation is incorrect as proved by my photo.

    There will be 50 star coins credited to my account. My picture proves that I had 22 joined strawberries, not 13. And I was only given 42 star coins, which should be 92 . (I think). Or 95

    The new link from the Game leads will eventually lead to the Support Team. It is in testing phase. I did not provide any photo, you stated you had sent the photo with the Help Request you submitted. You can try contacting regular Support to see if they can assist you.
