Lost stick from Magic tree?

For those of us who harvested our Magic Tree(s) after the event started but before the problem was fixed, will we have our stick(s) booked by hand? I harvested my one Magic tree this morning after the event started and did not receive a stick.

Unfortunately we have been informed that the lost drops cannot be fixed, and we cannot book them manually We don't have many reports but I am afraid other communities have way too many to be handled manually, I am really really sorry. If you fall short 1 stick, shout out loud

I suspect many farmers didn't notice that their tree didn't deliver. I wasn't sure at first which is why I didn't report it until after I had seen the announcement on it. I am disappointed that it cannot be fixed but hopefully I won't have a problem with drops. I do know that there will be an SOS thread if I need it. In the future, I will try to look for the event drop picture before I harvest the tree. (I think it wasn't there this morning even though the event had truly started.)

I am afraid this is true, probably many players didn't realize the missing drops And hopefully it will not be a deal breaker. Fingers crossed for you, I hope you will get lots of drops and end up with many extras.

Also, that is correct, the drop picture was not there, just the EP - but it doesn't hurt checking it. However, if there is a problem, it will be promptly noticed - sooner than today for sure.
