Lost trees

    HI
    I bought the 2 tree packs of 30...which give u 30 plus the 1 tree; Cinderella & Stromboli.

    Yet those 2 trees have not appeared in my inventory. I did all the basics: refreshed, signed off/on and cleared my cache.

    Would you please type in 'Pecan' in your mainland inventory search box and 'Pitanga' in your Baha Inventory search box? Do you see the trees now?

    If they are still missing, please post in Technical Issues for a mod to check your account.
