lost XXl trees when changing fields

Hello,
In changing trees from Bahamarama from the plantation to the rainforest to open up space for event crops, I couldn't retrieve XXL trees for one Carob, one Mandarin, one Buddha's hand, one Kiwi, one Maté, one Tamarillo, and two Acai trees. Furthermore, I noticed that trees I moved last night that where XXL are now normal trees: One Achacha, one Mangosteen, one Fig, one Star fruit tree, one Dragon fruit tree. I cannot find any of these in my inventory. This is a result of having to manage resources according to event requirements, please return my XXL trees.

When deleting upgraded trees from the fields, they split back into base and upgrade in the tree inventory and need to be replaced on the base trees again when replacing them. Are your upgrades sitting in the tree inventory? If not, I will need your ID# to check your account.

Thank you. No. There are no XXL upgrades for any of these trees in the inventory. My ID# is: 49030844. As I related before, I harvested in the morning to move the rest to the rainforest field and the upgrades were not available. Then I noticed that the ones I had moved the night before had reset as normal trees as well.

 

You have 3x XXL Carob, 2x XXL Buddha's hand, 4x XXL Kiwi, 1x XXL Mandarin, 1x XXL Mate, 1x XXL Tamarillo, 4x XXL Akai, 1x XXL Achacha, 1x XXL Mangosteen, 3x XXL Starfruit, 2x XXL Fig and 2x XXL Dragonfruit trees placed on your Rainforest.
I checked your recent seedling logs that you have won most of these from. If you feel there are still more missing, you will need to contact Support to see if they can dig a little further.

Yes, but I'm referring to the other XXL tree upgrades that disappeared when I took them down from the Plantation and put them in the Rainforest. Are you able to check on the trees that where once in the Plantation? They were not available once I took them down. I also tried to put them back in the Plantation but all of the upgrades have disappeared entirely. It's important to respect that all of these have been purchased, not won in events. The advantage once held where trees would self harvest is no longer available, so maturation time and quantity of trees planted is something that has to be considered. This is why I kept many XXL trees in the Plantation taking up important space as long as they didn't interfere with event requirements, which came to happen until this event where only the Plantation allowed space for the event crops. All of the XXL trees that I moved from one field to the other disappeared, either immediately or after the first harvest. I have to insist that this continues to be investigated. Please let me know if you can follow up on the matter or please direct me to the proper department to get a resolution. Thank You.
