Did you donate your trophies to the Living Legend rune in the Tree of Wisdom?
If you donate the trophies to the Living Legend rune, they will disappear.

Living Legend Gives you the combined percentage drop increase from both your County Fair Trophy + your Farming Trophy. Once your rune is open, delete your trophies so that they are back in your inventory and donate them to your newly opened rune. Remember to donate any trophy upgrades to the rune as you receive them.

As SahraB explained, if you donate your trophies to the Living Legend Rune, they disappear from your inventory. Once donated, the percentage for extra drops is applied to your Main Lands automatically, you do not need to move them from field to field to get the benefit.

You have donated all your trophies & upgrades earned so far to the rune, which is a total of 27 steps. You are at step 13 on the Farming Contest. Finishing the last 3 steps of this Quest will earn you the last 3 upgrades for the rune.
