    when I try to buy the special packs I find the purchase not going through
    also get a box to tick about waive the rights etc which I do not understand... ?
    all I wanted is to buy 1 of the packs for the love event.
    Please can someone help... ?

    I'm not sure what you are referring to with the "waive the rights" tick box, I've not encountered this before.
    Are you going through the shop or the news page? can you try the other method and see if you get the same results?
    Do you get as far a choosing a payment method? Do you get the same message if you pick a different payment method?
