Magic clouds to clear?

    Good afternoon,

    My magic clouds show 36 for clearing. I am trying to clear for EP etc, and they will not clear. I am in the Stand alone. Can you tell me if there are really clouds to clear
    the Standalone is not clearing clouds
    what I should do to solve?
