    90% of the time these:
    opera, chrome ( 3 versions), firefox

    Sounds like a flash problem. 3 versions of chrome means you can't be using the latest version always. can you tell me what browsers you were using the other 10% of the time?

    Please you provide details of browser version, flash version, OS so I can pass the details onto the game team.
