Magic Stalk Row help

I need some Tech help on this one. I've tried to get my Jan 2017 Magic Row #3 Birthday cakes to stack, over and over and they just won't. I'm giving up and wondering if someone here can fix it for me, since it's been almost a year since I purchased them all.
The two cake bases can be placed on the row- but every time I've tried to add the cake layers, they don't show up in the inventory, and it just shows the hammer. If I'm anywhere else on my farm, all the other cake levels show up in my inventory, but never when I'm at the Stalk- and the row is open.
I'm going to leave that row open, and " uncollected", and hope someone from the Team can figure it out. I'd love to have those levels cleared out of my inventory.

Hello MommaRose333.

Upgraded decorations cannot be placed in the cloud rows. The only exception is the Cuckoo cloud row which must be upgraded before placing in the row.

Did that answer your question? If I haven't can you provide the names of the decorations that are causing you mischief.

They are the " Birthday Castle" levels I- IV & Tiered Birthday Cake level I-IV. I have them placed on magic stalk row # 34. I thought those were purchased items for those special rows...(?) Do I need to move those to the park to stack them, and place some other giver on the cloud row?
