Magic stalk row won't open, Main field has superimposed text across field

    I cleared my cache and rebooted multiple times.

    Problem started with my stalk row not opening. It highlights when I hover over it, but once I click on it, nothing happens. I have let the computer sit to see if its just taking a long time to open, but to no avail. This has consistently been the problem for approx. 36 hours.

    Now, when I try to open my main field, sometimes it will open, most of the time it will not. Once I click on the main field, and assuming it opens there is large, bold text that appears in the center of the field that says "BACKGROUND 0."

    When I then move to another field, that text carries over to the next fields.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    I have cleared your server cache to see if that helps.

    Do you play via browser or Standalone client? If browser, perhaps try a different one to see if that helps. If Standalone, you can try to uninstall and then reinstall the program. You could also try switching platforms (i.e. try Standalone if your normally place browser or vice versa) to see if that helps.

    I use a browser. I logged in and although I was able to open my main field as soon as I did, the "BACKGROUND 0" appeared. I tried to open the MSR and nothing happened. I refreshed, and opened all of my fields, except for the Main Field and stalk row, they all opened and did so quickly. As soon as I clicked on the main field, it started to load, but didn't fully open. I refreshed again, and still all my other fields opened fine. This time as soon as I clicked on my MF, the text appeared and the field did not open. I didn't even try the stalk row.

    I previously, long time ago, attempted to download to be stand alone, but it never would download.

    I'll try opening using another browser, but cannot do so until later today. In meantime, anything you additional you can do on your end would be helpful.

    I tried opening in different browsers and using different links to get to Farmarama, as of this morning, just clicking on my main field brings up the "BACKGROUND 0" text. I didn't even try opening the MSR.

    Not sure what the problem is. All other windows I open, load correctly and fast.

    Any assistance would be helpful.

    Thank you for trying a different browser and updating us on your experience. Sadly, I don't know what the issue is, nor how to fix it, so we have forwarded it to the Game Team and will update you when we have more information. Please be patient as today is a holiday and they are not in the office.

    Thank you for your efforts. I have tried a number of my own solutions. Finally, not only did I clear the cache and history in my computer I went onto the various browsers I used and checked setting and clear the cache's there and my cookies on the browser settings. I didn't realize they had a separate cache, but that seemed to clear up the issue, although my fields open more slowly. Thank you again, you can alert the game team it is solved and close the thread.
